Download Isometra Workbench

The Windows installer for the free edition and for every paid pack. The paid features unlock with a licence file, and you can ask for a 14-day trial licence to try all of them.

Installing

1. Run the installer. By default it installs for all users in Program Files and asks for administrator rights; choose Install for me only if you do not have them.
2. Windows may say “Windows protected your PC” and show an unknown publisher, because the installer is not code-signed yet. Check that the SHA-256 above matches your file, then choose More info and Run anyway. To check it, open PowerShell in the folder of the file and run Get-FileHash .\IsometraWorkbench-Setup-0.1.1.exe -Algorithm SHA256.
3. Open the program and choose File > Open example to see it on a small project with comments, saved views and ship references.

Licence

The program starts in the free edition: 3D review, measurements, sections, comments, and opening and saving projects, with no licence and no account. The paid features (piping, spools, isometrics, PCF, weights, BCF and version compare) unlock with a licence file. Your projects and files always open and save, whichever edition you are on.

To try the paid features, ask for a 14-day trial licence: it is a licence file with every Pro feature that stops after 14 days, counted from the day we issue it. To buy, see Pricing. A licence file is tied to one computer: Help > Licence shows its Machine ID, which you send with your request.

What you need

• Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit.
• The Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, which Windows 11 and most Windows 10 already have; the installer adds it if it is missing (it then needs an internet connection once).
• No internet connection is needed to use the program, and your models never leave your computer.

Uninstalling

Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Isometra Workbench. The uninstaller asks whether to keep your settings and licence.
